APP Manassas Assists Virginia Aviation Ambassadors Program
APP Jet Center Manassas is pleased to assist the Virginia Aviation Ambassadors Program, an initiative to encourage pilots and aviation enthusiasts to visit all of Virginia’s public use airports as well as aviation museums, safety seminars and special airport events such as fly-ins.
Participating pilots receive a passport to be stamped each time they visit a Virginia public-use airport, aviation museum, or safety seminar. Awards of various levels (bronze, silver and gold) are then bestowed according to the number of stamps a pilot obtains.
APP Jet Center Manassas offers a passport stamp for Manassas Regional Airport to pilots visiting its FBO. It keeps extra passport booklets on hand as well. To participate, a pilot would simply need to inquire with the customer service representative at APP’s front counter.
